How do I order a customized cake design?

You may WhatsApp us at +6011 2613 1191 with your preferred design and our admin will assist you accordingly with the process.

We recommend ordering 2 - 3 days in advance for customized cake orders to ensure your orders are booked.

For fondant designs, please allow us 4 - 6 days in advance.

Strictly no last-minute orders. 

Can I request for special writings on the cakes?

Yes, you may! Upon checking out, please leave a note in the notes section below and our cake decorators will fulfill your requests!

Do you do delivery?

Yes, we do! We usually deliver your cakes through Lalamove. You may WhatsApp us at +6011 2613 1191 and our admin will assist you accordingly with the process.

We apologize as we do not have any COD delivery method at the moment.

Do you have vegetarian cakes?

Yes, we do! Please WhatsApp us at +6011 2613 1191 and our admin will assist you.

Are your cakes / shop Halal?

Yes, we are halal-certified by JAKIM.

How do I keep my purchases fresh?

Within the same day, we would recommend it to be best consumed within 2 to 3 hours upon purchase. Anytime beyond that, please keep your cakes refrigerated for the best consumption.

Our cakes can last up to 4-5 days after purchase too!
